Buyer Guide

Ticketbay secures your ticket transactions.

1. Safe Transaction Guarantee Service

  • Payment is safely secured in Ticketbay until the buyer receives the ticket.
  • Once the buyer receives the ticket and confirms purchase, the payment will be disbursed to the seller.

2. Member Authentication Service

  • Sellers can list and sell tickets after completing authentication.

3. Full Refund Service for Buyers

  • If the event has been canceled, Ticketbay will refund 100% of the payment to the buyer.
  1. 1. No Seller Cancellation
    • Sellers cannot cancel transactions after buyers make payments.
    • However, if there is a problem in which the seller does not deliver the ticket arbitrarily or delivers a wrong ticket, the payment will be 100% refunded.
    • Experience a secured ticket purchase in Ticketbay.
  2. 2. No Buyer Cancellation
    • Ticketbay provides a safe service for both sellers and buyers.
    • Buyers also cannot cancel transactions after payment, so please be cautious for purchasing.
  3. 3. Experience Safe Transaction through Ticketbay and PayPal.
    • Payment will be kept in Ticketbay and will only be sent to the seller after the buyer receives ticket and confirms the purchase.
    • To secure your purchase, please make sure you receive your ticket before proceeding to confirm.
    • Ticketbay and PayPal will secure your payment with an escrow-based buyer protection program.
  4. 4. Beware of accidents from other transaction methods, such as direct deals, than those offered by Ticketbay
    • Direct deals between sellers and buyers may be exposed to incidents or accidents.
    • Buy your tickets safely using Ticketbay's safe transaction service.

If you can't reach the seller

  • If you need to contact the seller, please contact Ticketbay help center by email.
  • Email: support@ticketbayglobal.com / Service available hours: Weekdays 09:00 AM ~ 07:00 PM (Korea time / Closed on weekends and holidays)

If you forget to confirm purchase

  • If the event you purchased ends and no inquiries received, Ticketbay will confirm the purchase in about 5~7 days.

If delivered to incorrect place due to misplaced in address and etc.

  • If the ticket is delivered to an incorrect place due to miscellaneous address, you should forward the new address, return and resend cost of shipping to Ticketbay.
  • If the event ends before the reshipment and you are unable to use the ticket, the refund is impossible. Please be cautious when you buy your ticket.
